Resolution for Paid Staff Zoom Account

Whereas, East Bay DSA’s staff organizer currently has no paid Zoom account and has a 40-minute limit on all meetings,

Whereas, the 40-minute limit has been especially disruptive to meetings and one-on-ones as the staff organizer undertakes member development,

Whereas, the least expensive paid account, a Zoom Pro account with no time limit and a 100-person meeting limit, costs $14.99 a month for a subscription,

Therefore be it resolved that the chapter will purchase a Zoom Pro account for the staff organizer,

Therefore be it resolved that the Steering Committee can decide whether to keep or cancel the account if the staff organizer position no longer exists.
