Candidate Statement: Sandy B.

As co-chair of the Electoral Committee, I have helped make class struggle elections a reality in the East Bay. Doing chapter outreach with the National Electoral Committee, I bring the lessons we learned through the Beckles and Proposition 10 campaigns across the country. I hope to attend the DSA national convention to grow our organization, fight for mass campaigns, and make deeper connections with electoral organizers nationwide. I understand how electoral politics can be used to spread a socialist message to a mass audience, and I want all DSA chapters to work with East Bay and learn from our successes.
