Candidate Statement: Andrew R.

Since joining DSA two years ago, I’ve become dedicated to our collective project for radical change. I’ve helped build our chapter’s mobilizers program and was a founding member of the membership engagement and operations committees. I also crafted our messaging for Jovanka and the teachers strike, canvassed for single payer and Prop 10, and walked a dozen picket lines. As a national delegate, I’ll help DSA realize our historic opportunity in the next two years to:

• Build a national Green New Deal campaign
• Foster rank-and-file union democracy
• Help small chapters achieve big things
• Unite around a program of class struggle
