If you’re “California Forever,” AKA Flannery Associates, AKA East Solano Plan, you ingratiate yourself through payouts and “build, build, build” propaganda, while taking aim at Solano’s Orderly Growth Initiative itself, which is set to expire (and would need to be renewed) in 2028.

We’re here to point out that the “housing crisis” billionaires purport to fix is actually created by them, and increased wherever they’ve extracted wealth from communities.
